The 2025 Town of Lloyd election resulted in significant changes to our local government, with Republican candidates losing the Town Supervisor position, two Town Board seats, and both County Legislature seats representing our community.While national politics often dominate the headlines, local elections have the greatest impact on our daily lives. Decisions made by town and county officials affect property taxes, roads, public safety, community services, and the future direction of our town. They have all been negatively impacted by the current Democratic leadership.

 

As we prepare for the 2026 election cycle, we are proud to support Dave Plavchak for Town Supervisor and Gina Hansut and Herb Litts for Ulster County Legislature. These candidates are committed to responsible leadership, practical problem-solving, and serving the residents of the Town of Lloyd. Learn more about our candidates here.

 

We encourage you to put state and national politics aside and vote for your person of choice, not your political party of choice. Vote for the candidates that have proven track records producing results in our town and county that have a direct effect on us and community.
